Aman Goel is a student who cleared JEE (Advanced)-2013 with a decent rank. He decided to join Computer Science and Engineering, at IIT-Bombay. He said this is my dream destination. He belongs to Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. He describes his IIT-JEE preparation time for the aspirants. He said the two years of JEE preparation are decisive time for your future. The key to getting admission into the premier engineering colleges of India i.e. IIT’s is to crack JEE. Though it is a toughest engineering exam, still lakhs of students are applying every year and trying hard to crack JEE. Aman says, the preparation of JEE with board exams requires only one thing that is, hail your NCERT Books. He said just mug each and every word of book for getting deep and through knowledge of your subject. If you study NCERT Books thoroughly, you will become aware of all the topics of JEE.
The major portion of Physics, Chemistry, and Maths will cover in your NCERT Books. Aman suggest that aspirants should note each definition, proofs and the derivations on the notebook for better preparations and you can also go to Google for your queries. Google will be a good source for learning. Aman started his preparation just after his 10th so he suggested that students should also start their preparations just after 10th. Two years hard preparation will surely gives good results. He says for English, students can start their preparation just before few months from the exams. Students, who are preparing for IIT JEE with the board exams, generally feel over burdened but take it as an opportunity to judge your preparations. Most important is that students keep in mind that their cut off percentage in board exams plays important role to get admission into the IIT’s. So it will be a good idea to start JEE preparation with your board exam preparations.
In class 10th, Aman decided that I have to get into the IITs. He made his target and after his board exams he started to look for a good training institute for IIT-JEE preparation. It is really a tough task indeed because most of the coaching institutes claim that “we are the best and we produce the best results”. So choose correct coaching institute after getting full information and the past results of that institute. He believes that joining a coaching institute gives a proper direction for your preparations and self study is also a good option.
At the end, dream big but do hard work to achieve that dream. Don’t waste your time, if you dream that you want to be an engineer then start your preparation after 10th. It is the best time to study deeply each and every topic as you have enough time to study thoroughly. IIT JEE is not a child’s play, to crack JEE you must have enough guts and off course hard work is the foremost requirement. Nothing is impossible; you only need a good deep knowledge of your subject and proper strategy to deal every sort of questions.
