Are perpendicular to the line 2x + 3y + 7 = 0.

Solution

Correct option is

 

  

∴ Slope of perpendicular to 2x + 3y + 7 = 0 is 3/2 = m(say) and given circle is              x2 + y2 = 9

∴ Equations of tangents perpendicular to 2x + 3y + 7 = 0 is
