JEE Mains Paper 2014 Analysis : Paper Code (H)
Physics: The paper was more simple as compared to JEE main 2013. Questions based on mechanics were very easy and also in less numbers. Wave optics, center of mass, Electromagnetic Induction, Gauss Law, topics was not covered as compare to previous years.
Chemistry: The paper was simple and as expected, covering nearly all the chapters. The chapters which were left out were minor like periodic properties, hydrogen and surface chemistry. The paper was relatively simple and straightforward barring few questions which were difficult. If easy is 1 and difficult 3 then the overall level was 1.7.
Mathematics: Over all the paper is moderate level. The paper was good for those students who have worked on their basics & remain in touch of 11th standard syllabus.
