The coordination number, the oxidation number of Co and the number of unpaired electrons on the metal are respectively

Correct option is

6, +3, 4

 

 is bidentate and Cl is monodentate ligand.

Hence, C.N. = 2 × 2 + 2 × 1 = 6 

       

Both  and Cl are weak field ligands and hence form outer (high spin) complex.
